Shipping policy

Whipline offers usps ground and currently only ships within the USA if you have any questions concerning shipping to Canada please email me @ dpuente6386@gmail.com

All orders are flat rate $10 US dollars, free shipping is provided on some orders that meet criteria, free shipping is also usps ground and well be processed as normal orders

Order Fulfillment: All well be packaged with in a timely matter in most cases same day or next day packages well then be taken to post office same day as packaging or the following day.NOTE: this does not to holidays or inclement weather that may effect the process in such cases it well be done as soon as the post office is back open

After being dropped off to post office packages take on average an estimated 2-4 days for delivery depending where in the USA you may be located. Tracking number is provided via email after packaged is processed, the customer can use the tracking by simply clicking on the highlighted tracking number 

Delays on shipping are usually caused internally through (hoildays,weather) usps we at whipline do keep track of all orders and if notice irregularities in shipping times we try to contact the customer first with the information we have  already gathered from usps

Refund/Lost or Damaged: items have to meet the criteria of the refund policy although pictures and proof of damages/lost items have to reported immediately to dpuente6386@gmail.com, if proven to be a actual claim compensation well provided either through refund of money or replacement of products this matter shall be discussed between customer and whipline with whipline having final decision in the matter
